The 2 key rated Loma Verde Apartments are situated around 800 metres from the beach, in the quiet Los Majones district, of the otherwise lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the summer of 2007, the modern low rise Loma Verde complex has a total of 224 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Many of the apartments on the complex are now privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with halogen hob, stainless steel oven, granite work surfaces, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 3 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's sections, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
