Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Hotel Lanzarote Garden has a total of 242 one bedroom apartments which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst 17,000m² of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and cooking rings, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a number of rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms at the hotel are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, 2 hard surface tennis courts and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Lanzarote Garden also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the high levels of customer satisfaction at the Hotel Lanzarote Garden, the hotel has been awarded the Trip Advisor Traveler's Choice Award for "Best for Families Europe" 2006 as well as the Thomson Award for excellence to Group of Biosphere hotels 2001.
