The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1978 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise La Florida complex has a total of 73 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 4 floors, overlooking a central pool area.

All apartments on the complex are now privately owned and individually furnished and will typically come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.
