Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Suite Fariones Playa complex has a total of 231 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 5 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

All guest rooms are air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Suite Fariones Playa Apartments also offers the use of 4 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 150 people, all of which are equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual aids and equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, along with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Suite Fariones Playa Apartments are also welcome to use the leisure facilities at the nearby "Sportcenter Fariones", which features a further 5 hard surface tennis, squash and paddle courts, along with a modern fitness and aerobic room with sauna and Jacuzzi, a large outdoor heated swimming pool, and children's play area.

Both the Suite Fariones Playa Apartments and "Sportcenter Fariones" also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
