Built in 1990 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Villa Canaima complex has a total of 31 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a large central pool area.

All apartments come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, two electric cooking rings, oven and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, pay per view satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
