Built in 1930 as a traditional Canarian family residence, the Villa Lola y Juan Rural House was completely renovated during 2004, and now offers visitors a total of 6 guest rooms, including 4 standard twin rooms along with a further 2 one and two bedroom apartments, all of which are decorated with traditional antique furniture, mirroring the atmosphere of Lanzarote at the beginning of the 20th Century.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a small outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the Haria valley, which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Of special interest to gardeners, the Villa Lola y Juan Rural House also features a large 3,000m2 garden of different fruit trees including orange, lemon, mandarin, mango, guava, papaya, quince, pear and almond.
