The 2 key Bandama Bungalows are situated around 200 metres from the beach, in the quiet Playa de Los Pocillos
district of the otherwise lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the southern east coast of Lanzarote. The apartments
are approximately 5km south of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the
commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1996 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Bandama Bungalows complex is a small development of 19 one bedroom self catering bungalow style apartments, which are built around a large central pool area. All apartments on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en-suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, 2 bungalows have been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and rooms for late departures, along with a self service launderette. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
