The modern low rise Club Pocillos complex is a small development of 24 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 4 floors. All apartments on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en-suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, 2 ring hob and dishwasher, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and rooms for late departures. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small splash pool. Guests staying at the Club Pocillos Apartments are also welcome to use the sporting and leisure facilities at the nearby Costa Mar Apartments, which includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities at the Costa Mar Apartments includes a children's playground and mini club, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Costa Mar Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
