Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Floresta complex has a total of 242 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst almost 2,000m2 of sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a hard surface tennis court, a multi sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, a mini golf course and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Floresta Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
