The modern low rise Galeon Playa complex has a total of 175 guest rooms, including a selection of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, all of which are built over 3 floors and set amidst spacious sub tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle, toaster and microwave, and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a number of rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms on the complex are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 2 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with a further 2 smaller children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, as well as a squash court and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Galeon Playa Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
