Extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Hotel Club Calimera complex has a total of 220 guest rooms, including 92 twin rooms, 119 Suites and a further 9 Superior Suites, which are built over 3 floors and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, both the Suites and Superior Suites at the Hotel Club Calimera also have a separate bedroom and lounge area, and all guest rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 2 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools with separate children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground along with 2 hard surface tennis courts, a multi-sports activity area for football and volleyball etc and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Club Calimera also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
