Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Hotel Lanzarote Garden has a total of 242 one bedroom apartments which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst 17,000mē of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and cooking rings, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a number of rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms at the hotel are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, 2 hard surface tennis courts and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Lanzarote Garden also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
