Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006, the modern low rise Hotel Las Costas has a total of 187 guest rooms, including 181 twin rooms and a further 6 Junior Suites, which are set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone with ADSL internet connection, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, 4 guest rooms at the Hotel Las Costas have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a cardiovascular gymnasium with sauna and Jacuzzi, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Las Costas also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
