Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Hotel Occidental Allegro Oasis has a total of 372 guest rooms, including 241 twin rooms, 100 family rooms, 18 triple rooms, 8 Superior Suites and a further 5 single rooms, all of which are built over 6 floors and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar with mineral water replaced every three days and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, Superior Suites at the Hotel Occidental Allegro Oasis also have a spacious lounge area, 4 guest rooms at the hotel have been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a choice of both buffet and a la carte restaurants with show cooking, offering traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.
