Built in 1999, the modern low rise Lanzarote Paradise complex has a total of 59 guest rooms, including 47 one bedroomed, and a further 12 two bedroomed self catering apartments, all of which are built over 3 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, a small on-site supermarket, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. The Lanzarote Paradise Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
