Built in 2000 in a traditional Canarian style, the modern low rise Las Marinas Club Resort complex has a total of 150 one and two bedroomed self catering apartments which are built over 3 floors and set amidst spacious sub tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with an independent kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above facilities, a number of apartments have also been adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

In addition to the above leisure facilities, guests staying at the Las Marinas Club Resort Apartments also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the recently opened Las Marinas Sport and Wellness Centre, offering guests a hydrotherapy pool with microbubble beds and multi-level jets, a waterfall, Jacuzzi, both hot and cold pediluviums, a Turkish bath, caldarium, Finish sauna, ice spring, Scottish bi-thermal showers and a relaxation cabin with cromotherapy and musictherapy treatments.

Other facilities at the Las Marinas Sport and Wellness Centre include 4 private rooms for aesthetics treatments, including facial treatments, deep facial cleanse, facial lifting, regenerating, revitalising and hydrating treatments etc, 4 private rooms for massages and physiotherapy including aromatherapy massage, a well equipped gymnasium with the most modern machines designed for muscle workouts and cardio-vascular training, as well as an indoor competition size swimming pool with flow and hydromassage jets, a tennis court, 2 paddle courts and a children's play area with splash pool and swings.

The Las Marinas Club Resort Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
