Built in 1985 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2007, the modern low rise Los Zocos complex has a total of 324 one and two bedroom self catering apartments and a further 59 Junior Suites, that are distributed between a number of 3 storey buildings, and set amidst almost 35,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and electric cooking rings, and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 2 apartments have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a wide choice of buffet style restaurants and snack bars, offering traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, an on-site supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 4 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, 2 hard surface tennis courts, beach volley and football pitches, mini-golf and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Los Zocos Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
