Built in 1997, the modern low rise Mansion Nazaret complex has a total of 52 one or two bedroomed self catering apartments that are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 1,700m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are decorated in an antique Canarian style, with traditional hand made furniture, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with four electric cooking rings, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a cleaning service is also provided 6 days a week, undertaking a change of towels every 2 days, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a buffet style restaurants and snack bar, offering traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, which is built in a traditional Manrique style and heated during the cooler winter months, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
