Built in 1997 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Paradise Island complex has a total of 290 guest rooms, including 276 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 14 apartments with two bedrooms, all of which are built over 2 floors and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 2 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with a further 2 smaller children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a Jacuzzi, cardiovascular gymnasium and sauna.

For sports enthusiasts, the Paradise Island Apartments also offers the use of a multi-sports activity area for basketball, volleyball and 5 a side football etc, as well as a hard surface tennis court and mini golf course.

The Paradise Island Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting and archery, as well as evening entertainment in the "Paradise" Bar with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
