The 2 key Rocas Negras Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the beach, in the quiet Playa de Los Pocillos district,
of the otherwise lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the southern east coast of Lanzarote. The apartments are approximately
5km south of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the
resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The modern low rise Rocas Negras complex is a small development of 43 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over two floors, and set amidst almost spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area. Many of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and electric cooking rings, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
