The modern Rancho Texas Apartments is a small development of 10 single storey self catering bungalows, all of which come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and a small terrace with exterior views over the park. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a restaurant, bar, public internet terminals and car parking facilities. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a freshwater swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces furnished with sun beds and parasols. Other facilities include a children's farm and horse riding stables.
