The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Extensively refurbished during the summer of 2015, the modern low rise Fayna and Flamingo complex has a total of 56 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed 2 two storey buildings, each with its own central pool area.

All apartments on the complex come equipped with modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with full-sized ovens with cooking rings, large fridge-freezers, microwave ovens, electric kettles and toasters etc, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided 5 times each week, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a poolside snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
