Built in 1992 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Europa complex is a small development of 27 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with an integrated children's section, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
